1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 1mcuci88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1mcuci88 website located at https://1mcuci88.cam and all associated services, games, applications, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 1mcuci88 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you accept all terms and conditions set out herein without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Definitions

• "Restricted Regions" means jurisdictions from which registration or participation is prohibited under applicable law or 1mcuci88's compliance framework.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available through the platform.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Access to 1mcuci88 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously during account use:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Region at the time of play;
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person;
• You are not employed by, or related to an employee of, 1mcuci88 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had an Account terminated for violations of this Agreement;
• Online gambling is not unlawful in the jurisdiction where you reside or are located.

3.2 Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their respective jurisdiction. 1mcuci88 does not provide legal advice on this matter. If in doubt, you should seek independent legal guidance before registering.

3.3 1mcuci88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or location at any point during the registration process or thereafter as part of its ongoing Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations.

4. Registration & Accounts

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 1mcuci88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are obligated to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You agree to notify 1mcuci88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.4 1mcuci88 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All financial transactions are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). 1mcuci88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrencies.

5.2 Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction initiation and are subject to revision by 1mcuci88 at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, or to a method that has been verified under the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.4 1mcuci88 may place a withdrawal on hold pending verification of identity, address, or source of funds. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested within the timeframe specified. Failure to provide requested documentation within that timeframe may result in withdrawal cancellation.

5.5 1mcuci88 does not accept deposits from credit facilities, loans, or any funds that are not beneficially owned by the Account holder. You confirm that all deposited funds are free from any lien, encumbrance, or legal claim.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 1mcuci88 are subject to their own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements, and time limits. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.2 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game weighting will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

6.3 1mcuci88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, the terms applicable at the time of credit shall govern that specific bonus.

6.4 Any attempt to exploit promotional structures through irregular play patterns, abuse of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus manipulation will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.5 Promotional benefits, including but not limited to the Refer A Friend programme, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP tier rewards, are reserved for personal use only and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash outside the platform's published conversion rules.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 1mcuci88 platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are published within the respective betting or gaming section and should be reviewed before placing a wager.

7.2 1mcuci88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed: (i) after the relevant event has commenced and the outcome is reasonably determinable; (ii) as a result of an obvious system error or mis-priced odds; or (iii) in circumstances suggesting the use of inside information or other unfair advantage.

7.3 In the event of a technological failure, system outage, or dispute regarding a gaming outcome, 1mcuci88 will conduct an internal review. The outcome determined by 1mcuci88 following such review shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 15 of this Agreement.

7.4 Winnings credited to your Account as a result of a verified technological error remain the property of 1mcuci88 and must be repaid on demand. 1mcuci88 may deduct such amounts directly from your Account Balance where recovery is otherwise impractical.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1mcuci88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or similar mechanism to access, interact with, or exploit the platform or its games;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or coordinated betting designed to influence outcomes;
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of crime through the platform;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing sanctions, limits, or self-exclusion;
• Hacking, reverse engineering, modifying, or otherwise tampering with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure;
• Making any false representation, fraudulent claim, or chargeback that is not the result of a genuine billing error;
• Using the platform in a manner that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, branding, software, design elements, graphics, game assets, and data published on the 1mcuci88 platform are the intellectual property of 1mcuci88 or its licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 1mcuci88.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence is immediately revoked upon termination of your Account for any reason.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1mcuci88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes; interruptions to service; unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain security; or reliance on any information published on the platform.

10.2 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1mcuci88 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data in connection with your use of the 1mcuci88 platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. In summary: 1mcuci88 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and fulfil applicable regulatory obligations. Data is encrypted, stored securely, and will not be sold to third parties.

12. Responsible Gambling

1mcuci88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. 1mcuci88 is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income. The following tools are available to eligible Account holders upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after pre-set gaming session durations.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.

13. Termination

13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 1mcuci88 customer support. Any remaining verified Balance will be returned to you subject to completed verification and in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Clause 5.

13.2 1mcuci88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where there is reasonable belief that: (i) you have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) fraud, irregular play, or criminal activity is suspected; (iii) you have provided false registration information; or (iv) it is necessary to do so to comply with applicable law.

13.3 Upon termination for breach, 1mcuci88 may withhold all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Verified real-money Balance shall be returned after deduction of any amounts lawfully owed to 1mcuci88.

14. Amendments

1mcuci88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email or platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, unless immediate change is required to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security or fraud concern. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1mcuci88 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 1mcuci88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 1mcuci88's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting customer support in writing. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process within 30 calendar days, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body under 1mcuci88's licence framework. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
